Part of the fun of exploring Seongsu is seeing what has moved into the neighborhood’s temporary spaces. You might come across a beauty brand’s interactive display, a character shop, or a clothing collection you hadn’t heard of before.
The catch is timing. Some pop-ups last only a weekend, while others stay for several weeks. An event you saved before your trip may have finished by the time you arrive.
This guide focuses on Seongsu pop-ups and temporary events for November 2026, including options scheduled to continue later in the season. Use it to choose a few stops that interest you, leaving time for cafés, shops, and whatever catches your eye along the way.
Dates, opening hours, and entry arrangements can change. Check the linked brand or organizer announcements before making a special trip.

Dragon Ball: Heroes Rise brings the anime’s characters and stories into an immersive exhibition setting. It’s an option for longtime fans—and a different kind of stop from the neighborhood’s smaller shopping pop-ups.
Allow dedicated time for the exhibition rather than treating it as a quick browse between shops. Check current ticket options, entry instructions, and any language information before booking.
The organizer lists no re-entry, so plan your meal or café stop around your visit.

Fans of GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE (승리의 여신: 니케) can browse collaboration clothing and character merchandise at this Seongsu pop-up. The collection includes jackets, hoodies, T-shirts, bags, and smaller accessories. Purchase limits apply, and availability depends on remaining stock.

🍜 Shin Ramyun Bunsik (신라면 분식)
Scheduled through: Late November 2026
Location: Stage X Seongsu 52
Address: 52 Seongsuil-ro 4-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul
Korean address: 서울 성동구 성수일로4길 52
Announced hours: 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
If you enjoy Korean instant noodles, this is a food-focused stop to consider alongside Seongsu’s fashion and beauty pop-ups.
Nongshim’s two-floor space includes ramyeon and branded merchandise downstairs, with food and hands-on experiences upstairs. One activity lets visitors choose noodles, soup, and additional ingredients to create a packaged ramyeon to take home, complete with their photo on the packaging.
The food areas include dishes such as Shin Ramyun fried rice and a selection of Nongshim noodles made for overseas markets.
With a planned run through late November, this gives travelers a wider window than a weekend-only pop-up. Check the current visitor instructions before going, especially if you want to take part in a particular activity.

🖍️ Crayon Shin-chan: Spacetime Adventure
Dates: October 17, 2026–January 24, 2027
Location: Stage BEMILL Seongsu
Address: 9-13 Yeonmujang 5-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul
Korean address: 서울 성동구 연무장5길 9-13
Admission: Ticket required
Known in Korea as 짱구는 못말려, Crayon Shin-chan has a following that extends well beyond children. This exhibition brings the characters into themed spaces with interactive games, missions, and photo opportunities.
Unlike a merchandise pop-up you might briefly browse while walking around Seongsu, this is something to allow dedicated time for. Tickets are sold through the organizer’s BEMILL platform.
With a run scheduled through January 24, 2027, this exhibition is also an option for a winter visit. Before booking, check current ticket prices, entry conditions, and language support for the interactive activities.
🗺️ Planning Your Seongsu Pop-Up Stops
Choose a few events that interest you, then save their Korean names and addresses in your map app. Plotting them together helps you decide where to start and avoids walking back and forth across the neighborhood.
Use the address for the specific event rather than searching only for the brand. A brand’s permanent shop, an earlier pop-up, and its current temporary space may all have different locations.
If you’re still setting up your phone for the trip, my Korea travel tips cover Korean map apps and mobile data.
Keep your plans flexible around queues. If one space is busy, you may be able to browse nearby shops or stop for a drink—but check how waiting notifications work and how quickly you must return when called.
Check Entry Requirements Before You Go
Opening hours don’t necessarily tell you whether you can walk straight in. Depending on the event, you may need a ticket, advance reservation, or on-site waiting registration.
For anything you especially want to visit, check:
- Whether reservations or tickets are required
- Whether the booking or waiting system accepts your phone number
- Whether interactive activities have language options you can use
- Whether entry closes before the advertised closing time
Keep any booking confirmation or QR code easy to find on your phone. If a reservation system won’t work for you, check whether the organizer offers another booking method or walk-in entry.
Leave Room to Explore
I would treat pop-ups as a few stops within a Seongsu outing rather than trying to visit every event on the list. Pick the ones that appeal to you, check their entry details, and leave time for a meal, a café, or a shop you happen to notice along the way.
If you’re visiting later in November, check which events will still be running during your trip. Confirm the dates before setting out, especially for anything nearing its final day.
A temporary event might bring you to a particular street, but it doesn’t have to determine your whole day.
